I've officially kicked off my first day of "loading" with a veggie burger with swiss cheese, pickles, lettuce, ketchup and ranch (That was pretty much the least healthy burger-like thing I could have, being a vegetarian) with of course, my favorite side, fried mushrooms with ketchup and ranch. I ate it all except a few bites of burger, because toward the end what was once a delicious hunk of meal turned into looking like disgusting crap that I didn't want anywhere near my mouth. I'm sure picturing the largely obese dirty woman cooking my food didn't help my situation very much. It's only been about 15 minutes and I'm already prompted to write a blog of Reasons Why I Hate Junk Food, so once I'm starving myself and even later on down the road when I'm fit and skinny with the amazing rockin body I've always wanted, I can come back and read all the horrible ways bad food makes me feel, and knock out my cravings. Although I'm sure at that point I'll rationalize it as, "Oh, well I could use some of that!!" Future self: DON'T DO IT!! FOR GOD'S SAKE, DON'T DO IT!
1- It makes my chest, shoulders and veins hurt. I'm pretty sure that's all the grease and fat clogging my arteries.
2- I feel slow. Sluggish. FAT and waddling. It's hard for me to get on the bed, much less in any kind of sexy fashion.
3- I feel bloated and my stomach looks pregnant.
4- I immediately feel guilty after inhaling such food. While the good feelings last through eating the crap, the delicious taste doesn't last long enough for it to even be worth it! What are fat people thinking? This is awful.
5- I feel like I'm going to vomit. Honestly, if I did, that would probably make me feel a hundred times better! But I'm sure it's already too late. The grease has already soaked my internal organs and is on it's way to seeping through my pores.
I'll be adding to this list as the next few days progress. >:~(

Gearing Up
I'm about to start the hCG diet. I'm currently at about 180 lbs. I plan on weighing myself and doing some measurements if I can, tomorrow. My goal is to be 130 lbs by the time I'm done with the diet. Here are the steps:
The next 3 days I will be eating anything I want, anything that's in front of my face. It's called the "loading" period. You have to load your normal, healthy fat cells so that they can be ready for the low calorie diet. It's what will propel me through the first week, so I won't be hungry, grouchy, or tired with headaches.
After that, it's 40 days of the low calorie diet. 500 a day.
Breakfast: Water, Chocolate tea with fake sugar.
Lunch: 4 oz of meat (White fish, crab, lobster, shrimp), 1 fruit or veggie
Dinner: Same options as lunch, with different protein.
Phase 3 is a 6 week period of about 1000 calorie days. Getting your body back to normal, the hCG out of your system. Once you've been on it for 40 days, you start to become immune, you get hungry, cranky. So you have to have a break, so you can start again and have more results.
So I will do this, lose all the extra gross fat I currently have, then start doing some major exorcising to build back up my muscles and get lean and toned :) What I've always wanted!
During the process I will do regular light yoga to help my skin and body bounce back to what it should be, all while gaining flexibility and balance that I'll need once I'm thin :) Vibram's are about $125 with tax after it's all said and done. They help align your feet so when you're exercising, your body can be in it's natural form. I was going to buy them a few days ago.. But I decided to wait and have it as a present once I complete the diet, since I can't hike and work out heavily for the next couple of months anyway. And good news! It's perfect timing, because by the time I'll be ready to start hiking and working out, being active, it will be FALL TIME! Which in Arizona, is PERFECT out door activity weather!
I'm so excited to start this! I should be 10-15 lbs down by the time I go back to Arizona in a little more than a week... Granted, most of it will probably be water weight, but that is bloat, which is always good not to have! Either way, I should be fitting into my Express pants better by the time I'm back for work! Hopefully they will notice. I could easily be the hottest girl at our work, it's just the weight holding me back. So bitches, you better watch out when I get fit! Your pretty days are over :)
